With the progress and development of society, more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of talents, therefore, how to quickly and efficiently recruit suitable talents for the enterprise, becomes a problem to be considered. There are some traditional recruitment methods, such as published newspapers, job fairs and so on, which not only cost a lot of time, manpower and material resources, but are ineffective. With the continuous popularity and development of network technology, online recruitment through Internet has been accepted by more and more applicants and employers, but this way also has some limitations. In the face of a huge amount of resume, managers of employers still have to do secondary processing work, such as check E-mail, classify resume, and so on. This kind recruitment management way is not only cumbersome and inefficient, but also not conform to the trend of informatization offices in today’s social. Hence, in this paper, network recruitment management is employed as the research subject, and ASP.NET framework is based on, C# is used as development language, SQL SERVER 2005 is adopted as the database, and BS architecture is applied, to develop a set of network recruitment management system. The recruitment management system can deal with a series of work in the recruitment process, which greatly improves the efficiency of talent recruitment, makes the employers process the management activities more efficiently and faster, and also can let the recruitment management become more informational, systematic and normalized.
