The recruitment of the talent is essential for enterprises to bring in fresh blood and stay vibrant.With the increasingly stiff market competition,the contest for talent is becoming acute among enterprises,which attaches a greater importance to the recruiting work.As the business of the No.14 China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Bureau exhibits particularity and high technical proficiency requirement,it is usually necessary to assess the candidates in comprehensive ways,including a writing examination and an Interview on professional knowledge,an assessment of their command of a second language and the office software,as well as of their psychological quality.The scale of the recruitment expanding,the personnel department are bearing more and more work.So far,in the process of employee recruitment,there exists a great deal of repetitive work still by hand in several sectors,for example,in recruitment plan-making,CV screening,arrangement of written and oral exams,calculation of test marks,publicity and notification of final results.In addition,as the load of work gets heavier,such traditional approaches are prone to the omission of notification and longer time which can incur complaints against Personnel about the low efficiency and level of the recruiting work.Therefore,I designed and developed the "Personnel recruitment management system of the No.14 China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Bureau".Primarily,this essay has elaborated the research background of the "Personnel recruitment management system of the No.14 China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Bureau",in which the development and present situation of the systems of job information management is examined,and the main content and significance of this research is Introduced.Then,the essay has referred to traditional recruiting process,analyzed the functional requirement systematically and optimized the whole process accordingly.On the whole,this novel system includes 7 function modules:the design and review of recruiting plan,the publicity of job information,the management of candidates' CVs,the assessment of the candidates' general capability and psychological quality,the Integration of the final marks,the management of the notification of recruiting results as well as the management of the overall system.Additionally,the UML flow charts and model legends are employed to Introduce the concrete business process and users' roles played in each part.Also,the design of system package diagrams and class diagrams is on basis of the functional requirements analysis,followed by the system Date analysis via the relation schema of system entity class,which offers an explicit explanation of the system Date.Finally,summarize and expectation.This system has fully covered the whole process of recruitment,going through job posting,CV collecting,candidates screening and Date analyzing with the help of information technology.In this way,the standardization and modern of the recruiting work can be accomplished.
