In recent years, the market of E-Recruitment has been focused by increasing companies and candidates with the distinguishing features as fast, efficient, low cost and ide coverage. However, the E-Recruitment is not well-developed in our country due to some reasons including complication of information process, different situations of E-Recruitment websites, and complicated Internet surroundings. Furthermore, we should concentrate on something like having a definite target for the website, creating a safe and intelligent system with an unique business mode operated by a professional team, which can make E-Recruitment have a good development.As a new recruitment mode, how to protect the profiles of clients in a complicated Internet circumstances and intelligent information filter preventing the fake information, which will become our urgent problems. According to some achievements from some E-Recruitment companies, the situations of the market of E-Recruitment in our country as well as some laws and regulations in this field, we are taking the research to the system of E-Recruitment. This system is serving for the Human Resource agent company. By the way of "Cloud Recruitment", which can cut down the cost of both sides. With the functions of search engine and intelligent recommendation, the companies and the candidates can find each other easily. The system will record every service processes, and when one process ends, the company or the candidate can give each other an evaluation so that both sides will improve its credit.This E-Recruitment system chooses the LAMP structure, the operation system is the Ubuntu Linux, with the MySQL database software, developing by PHP script. B/S mode will be used in this system to cut down the update fee in the future. There are six modules of this system, which includes user management, security management, information management, service management, process management and evaluation management. The mainly research work of this system is as follows:(1) The research significance of E-Recruitment management system and research status on domestic and foreign relevant fields; (2) The introduction of the technologies which are used in this system; (3) The system requirement analysis; (4) The design of this system; (5) The implement of this system.
