With the popularization of mobile communication, traffic density within buildings rising, indoor traffic accounted for the total traffic increasingly high proportion。According to the statistics of foreign operators, more than 70% of the volume of traffic from the indoor, and data service most occur in indoor, and indoor just is the weak link of network coverage。Indoor distribution system is the user base for the interior, for a covered way to improve building mobile communication environment. The principle is the use of indoor signal distribution system of mobile base station antenna will be evenly distributed in every corner of the room, so as to ensure the indoor area has a good coverage. It can comprehensively improve the building of indoor distribution system call quality, improve the connection rate, at the same time, can share the macro-cell traffic, to expand the capacity of the network, to increase the overall level of service of mobile network. At the same time, the indoor network quality has become the user to choose operators reference standards; in view of this situation, the optimization work of indoor distribution system project is of increasing importance to the operators.This thesis mainly introduces the Nanjing Unicom after 5 months of chamber optimization project, combined with Nanjing Unicom WCDMA and GSM network optimization requirements test specification, refinement and reporting requirements, the application of project management theory, stage made clear Nanjing Unicom indoor distribution key and key points of optimization system for indoor coverage project, WCDMA, the GSM system hardware parameters are optimized on the indoor coverage of WCDMA, GSM signals were evaluated after effect. By optimizing the project post evaluation, a comprehensive upgrade of Nanjing Unicom building mobile network quality, optimization of chamber covered buildings, improve indoor coverage of signal level and the indoor network quality, improve the data service rate, satisfy indoor user requirements for voice and data services, improve the user experience;At the same time to no chamber covered building network thoroughly, and collect the longitude and latitude information and standard 7 level address, and ultimately the formation of Nanjing building mobile network GIS database information, provide the basis for the later construction of Nanjing Unicom network.
