Management Research On The Four-net Project Of Mobile Communication Indoor Coverage System

The indoor coverage system is a very important part of the mobile communication network. The four-net (also called four-net coordination) refers to the system which puts different kinds of mobile communication system into one indoor coverage system. All the different coverage capacities and business scenarios of the four nets will exist for a lone time in this system. This four-net project is much more complicated than any other indoor coverage project. Without scientific and detailed project management to provide guidance and efficient progress plan, there is no guarantee of progress. Besides, lack of cooperation experience leads to bad construction quality, and lack of the consciousness of risk leads to not being able to finish on time. Therefore, the study of project management theory has vast importance to the direction of the four-net project.The construction of the four-net project directly impacts the business income and development of the operators, perceptibility of the users and the integrity, unity and advancement of the mobile communication network. Based on the practical cases of engineering project, using the theory of project management, this paper studies the progress management, quality management, risk management and communication management of the four-net project of mobile communication indoor coverage system, analyzes the management problems existing in this project and proposes corresponding solutions. In progress management, some new measures are proposed, including strengthening site inspection, adding inspection content, doing the protocol review and technical disclosure at the same time. Besides, the progress plan is optimized. In quality management, measures to protect production are suggested. In risk management and communication management, new measures suitable for the project are proposed.All the improvement measures proposed in this paper will improve the management level of the four-net project. As a result, the progress plan will be well-founded when project starts, and the control of the quality management will be reasonable and comprehensive. In addition, risk management and communication management have a preventive and stimulative effect on the project. Improving the management level of mobile communication project is becoming a new competitive ability of the operator. Therefore, attaching importance to and improving the project management are the key factors to vie for advantages.
