Application Of Project Management In The Mobile Communication Project

From the point of view of mobile communication project management,this paper demonstrates the characteristics and advantages of communication project management through the analysis of an actual case,then combs out a set of scientific,orderly and rational communication project construction methods.Through this set of procedures,it is truly possible for communication constructors to understand the essence of project management in communications engineering,and to grasp the scientific control roles of project management for quality goals,progress goals,safety goals,investment goals,real effectiveness and benefits in the communications engineering construction.Finally,this paper optimizes the construction management process of China Mobile Engineering Project,and puts forward to a more efficient management method for mobile 4G network construction based on some theories and methods of project management and the author's project management experience in the field of wireless communication construction engineering.
