How to change the existing project management methods, the introduction of international advanced project management theory on how to increase the movement of Guangyuan core competitiveness through project management, is moving Guangyuan attention focus.Firstly, based on field research methods on the development of mobile Guangyuan project management in-depth understanding of, and then use PMMM Project Management Maturity Model Assessment Guangyuan moving company project management maturity. On this basis, the author completed the Guangyuan mobile project management system logical structure and detailed structural design. In the logical architecture design, the author focuses on the building blocks of communication between management system and each module. In the detailed design, the author focuses on the support module, program execution control module and analysis module three modules.
