In this way, they can have a clear view aboutthe whole project to see if it’s been practical, and to check any protential problems aswell as gainning experiences from the past.With the support of fast developmint information and cyber technology, as animportant project of security and defence technology,"Skynet" visual supervisionsystem plays a big role in the conscturcion of "Safe city" and "Intellegence city".Skynet makes huge contributions in aspects of supervising the society, keeping the cityin order, surpressing the crime and helping to detect the criminals.In this essay, a projectpost evaluation will be applied to audit the socialy security facility project "Skynet".According to the4principles of integrety, feasibility, pertinency and realizabilitystated in the methodology of project post evaluation, a relavant indicator system will beestabliblished based on the characteristics of "Skynet" in FSK area. Meanwhile anintegrate vague analytical method based on level analysis will be used to emphasis oneach different indicator.After that an questionnaire survey will be carried out based onthis project post evaluation indicator system to analyze the funding, planing,construction,acceptance run off and the management of the first "Skynet" project inFSK area. Thus a good understanding of the whole project will be created to reveal theproblems in the construction and operation period and useful suggestions will be madefor the reference of the construction of the second "Skynet" project in the area.
