With the increasing complexity of computer software,the shortening of software development cycle and the increasing scale of software projects,how to ensure and improve the quality of software projects and implement projects according to plan is a critical problem faced by Zhanbo Networks.Zhanbo Networks often encounters the following problems in firewall software projects:software functions implemented by project development can not meet user needs or can not reflect the technical direction network security industry,resulting in a decline in market competitiveness;project development costs and project schedule planning and control are often out of control;project product quality can not be used.Household requirements.These problems lead to poor customer satisfaction and affect the company's product market competitiveness.Therefore,this paper tries to find out the problems through post-evaluation and analysis of the dynamic IP address firewall project of Zhanbo Networks,and provide suggestions and decision-making help for the follow-up project.For the problems existing in the software development project of the Zhanbo Networks,this paper chooses evaluation indicators from four aspects:project implementation process,product performance,product application value and project economic benefit to establish a post-evaluation index system of firewall software projects,and calculates the index weight by using AHP process.Then the dynamic IP address firewall project is comprehensively evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The function and performance characteristics of the firewall product system are analyzed and evaluated by combining the front-back comparison method with the non-contrast method.The result of the evaluation shows that the project achieves the expected main objectives and achieves better economic benefits.Through the research and analysis of the evaluation results,on the basis of summarizing the experience and lessons learned from the existing project implementation process,the following suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the software development process of the Zhanbo Networks:(1)improving the requirement management of firewall software project to accurately obtain market demand;(2)adding project process information through timely and effective feedback.Strengthen project schedule control;(3)Improve software quality testing and verification methods to promote project quality according to plan.This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of firewall software development project through analysis and research.It is of great practical significance to improve the management process of software project of Zhanbo Neto works through post-evaluation practice activities.
