The architecture of information system has changed from client/server to browse/server, along which more and more rich internet applications (RIAs) have been used. Among them the Ext.Net technology which is based on AJAX has become widely used. By using it, programmers can quickly build information systems under B/S architecture. However, when systems become more and more complicated, programmers have to write many new codes which may similar with old ones. In the thesis, we aim to make programmers’work more efficient, and reduce the similar codes in systems based on Ext.Net. The following are our main contributions.One, analysis and compare the RIA techniques and give the advantages of Ext.Net.Two, study how to use Web Controls in B/S systems. Based on the mine monitoring platform which is in use at Lujiang now, we find the web controls which are used most frequently in the system, and propose a new idea to package them. That is, we do not use these Ext.Net controls directly, instead of packaging them into user controls before using them.Three, we analysis the traditional method which use web controls directly and the packaging ways we propose, and illustrate the feasibility and necessity of packaging them in real projects.Now, our method has been applied in the mine monitoring platform of Lujiang County. the system is stable and achieved good results.
