Student Cost Management Information System Design Based On B / S Structure And Realization

As the rapid development of the construction of Shangqiu Vocational and Technical College, school conditions have improved a lot. But as the number of students increases each year, the charge work of registration, query, statistics, etc. has become increasingly difficult, and management is an important component of the work on an accounting charge, to achieve this adopting electricity operator is very necessary. For each school year, the charge work of students fees is concentrated in a few days before the semester, the single charge can no longer meet the operational requirements, multi-window charging simultaneously is imperative, which requires a software of charge management system to support multi-user. To solve these problems, we designed this set of charge management system specifically for vocational college students to improve the efficiency of charge.This thesis aims at how to realize the reasonable disposition of educational resources and to provide a good stage for the finance management and all the staff and students. This thesis discusses the design and completion of charge management system in university with web. The B/S soft structure system is formed on the base of campus web as a tool with a stage of ASP NET and SQL Server and with a mix pattern of C/S and B/S which is systemized and regulated.In this paper, development background, related technologies,business process analysis, system use case analysis, system timing diagram analysis , system activity diagram analysis, system functional requirements analysis, software architecture design, hardware architecture design, the user's system functional design, database design, system security design aspects described the student billing system needs analysis, design and development process. System implementation of student self-service online payment, cash charges, payments and arrears of statistical reports and other functions. Student billing system is a network-based, automated, standardized student fees management software, providing an online payment,, bank collection, and cash charges and other ways to enable the students pay fees and charges.
