The Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System Based On Struts And Hibernate

With the development of the society and economy, talents have been an important factor in the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Then, Human resource management plays an important role in modern enterprise management. The information platform of human resource management consists of concepts of modern human resource management and information technology, which not only helps to human resource management, but does well to the modernization of human resource management and scientific decision-making.According to actual needs, the personnel management system studied in this paper is the information platform of human resource management built with J2EE technology. The system includes in all businesses of human resource management and provides accurate data for managers. At the same time, the system helps to the standardization and specialization of human resource management.First of all, I analyze the requirement of personnel management system in this paper. In the analysis process, RUP approaches and use cases are used to capture the functional requirements. More, use case diagram in UML is used to describe functions and businesses in detail.Then, I design personnel management system in this paper. The system architecture is based on the development framework integrated by Struts and Hibernate, and presentation, business and persistence layer is emphasis. In accordance with data generated in businesses, the data model is built. Accordingly to use case models, modules of the system are designed as sequence diagram and class diagram in UML used to describe in detail.Finally, I implement personnel management system in this paper. I use the development framework integrated by Struts and Hibernate to build the personnel management system, and to solve problems in implement.
