Research On Project Risk And Progress Of Indoor And Area Coverage Construction At Sichuanmobile

Due to the vast increasing number of mobile phone users and the stronger demand of connection quality, the indoor coverage system of the International Convention and Exhibition Center(ICEC) could no longer stop the impact of high traffic and high data.The upgrade of the indoor system is imperative. Because ICEC indoor system is a benchmark of the municipal Party committee, the government and China Mobile Sichuan Branch, this program has been paid a lot of attentions. Every branch of Sichuan Mobile is paying much attention on the progress and quality of indoor coverage system construction. Among different indoor system, the system in ICEC is the most important one. As ICEC is a landmark building of Chengdu and a core area of economy and politics of the south sity and the government, the stream of people, information,logistics and capital are highly centralized. The indoor coverage system of ICEC involved vast constructions(including a 5-Star IHG hotel, a 4-Star Holiday Inn, Pride International Convention Center and 9 Convention and exhibition centers), coverage sense diverse, the requirement of construction quality is very high. This thesis breakdown the work structure of the ICEC indoor coverage system construction based on the theory of project management. On the basis of WBS, we calculated the schedule of the ICEC project according to network planning chart and Gantt chart, clarified thecritical path of that project, and drafted the schedule diagram. Through the progress schedule diagram, allows a project manager to clear milestones of the project, clear the stakeholder’s expectations, so that the unified scheduling project resources, make the system can come into use on schedule.In the process of construction of the ICEC, the project schedule control is particularly important. Formulate schedule, it needs configure resource integrity, draw up related schedule, carry out in-process quality control, employ the key line network technique, and confirm the key item and link of the implementation. After all we can make sure the successful completion of the project.Another important link of the ICEC indoor coverage system is in the risk control.Risk control need to adopt the analytic hierarchy process, risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk control, risk control and confirm the critical control point,carries on the analysis in view of project risk management, find out the risk controlproblems in process of project, put forward reasonable solutions to ensure the success of the whole project.
