With the increasing degree of informatization and the maturity of Internet technology,software industry has become an upsurge in China.Due to the considerable salary in the software industry,many people switch to the software industry.Due to the high profit in the software industry,a large number of small and medium-sized software companies have sprung up,but they lack the scientific management of software projects.In the process of software development,although the company manages the project schedule to a certain extent,it ignores the risk factors that affect the project schedule in the process of making the project schedule.In fact,there will always be various factors that lead to the failure of the project due to the delay.According to statistics,90%of software projects are delayed due to various reasons,and 50%of software projects are delayed,resulting in project failure.This paper takes a software development project of H company as the research object,aiming at the problem of software development project delay,uses various research methods to identify,evaluate,manage and control the factors that affect the risk of software project schedule.In this paper,the software project life cycle is divided into four stages:project start-up stage,project design stage,project implementation stage and project closure stage.Firstly,the WBS-RBS risk matrix method is used to decompose the work of each stage,classify the risks that affect the progress of software project,identify the types of risks that affect the progress of the project in each stage and the specific risk elements under the risk types,form a checklist,and then through several rounds of focus group interviews,finally determine the project shadow Risk factors influencing project schedule.For the identified risk elements,the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the relationship between the elements in each stage,but the influence of the risk elements themselves is not considered.Therefore,combined with the AHP method,the occurrence probability of the identified risk elements themselves,the influence degree of the project is evaluated,and the weight of the importance of each risk element is analyzed,and the risk elements are classified by the group distance grouping methods.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall risk degree of the project.Based on the ranking results,further put forward specific risk response measures,and do a good job in monitoring the risk elements,regularly review,discuss and study the risk elements.There are many researches on risk management and schedule management at home and abroad,but there are few researches on schedule risk management.Because most projects will be postponed,people's acceptance of project postponement gradually becomes higher.People think that project postponement is a normal phenomenon,so the research on project schedule risk management is not in-depth.At present,there is only research on schedule risk management However,most of them only analyze the elements of the risk itself,lacking the correlation analysis between the elements.This study not only hopes to arouse people's attention to schedule risk management,but also contributes to the in-depth study of schedule risk management in software project risk management.It is hoped to provide some reference for the research and practice of schedule risk management of similar small companies in the future.
