I am working in a outsource company and face one of500company which request the high quality of product. Our customers need us complete project on schedule time and give score according to output in project.Against the problem in process of project, and in order to make a stable operation that based on using critical chain method in outsource service scheduling risk management project. By analyzing and predicting the ideal work item schedule, considering the constraint and conflict with the factor of the human, financial and complex of technology so as to build the critical chain and identifying the bottlenecks. As I worked on MS-MediaRoom project in Microsoft Company, and this thesis combines the method of scheduling control and risk management to aware of the effect of the next project. My complete tasks are as below work:Make schedule in initial stage; Duration estimates and set up critical chain; Identify the risk factor and sorting order of risk values; Set buffer area based on the risk order; Project schedule control and update planning; Compare process bar before implement this case and get the improvement.In MS-MediaRoom testing project, this thesis collects the information of customer, such as resource account which project needs, risk list and schedule on customer side. Project leads will invite all related teammates to introduce the status of process and list the issue we would meet. All is aim to keep the project on schedule and provide the reference for similar project. |
