Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southwest of Hubei Province, to the main mountain, altitude disparity, special topography, climat e and environment complex, numerousrivers, abundant water resources, according to the actual demand of Enshi area in the Qingjiang basin, flood control and drough t disaster prevention and mitigation decisions, the basin water resources comprehens ive utilization and other production and life of people service work, this paper takes Enshi Qingjiang basin Qingjiang Dalongtan reservoir and the reservoir as a starting point, the design and development of "the system of Enshi professional meteorolog ical information service". And the system design and development ideas, related soft ware engineering techniquesand methods are introduced, focusing on the Enshi Qin gjiang basin in the professionalmeteorological information service background, dema nd analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and results usin g several aspects are discussed in detail.First of all, the professional meteorological information service based on thed omestic and foreign present and the meteorological service of similar methods arest udied, based on the background of Enshi area professional meteorological informati on service exposition, pointed out that the main task of establishing "the value and significance of the system" Enshi specialized meteorologicalinformation servicesand the establishment of the system.
