With the improvement of social informatization, the Internet is increasingly becoming a driving force in changing the way people live, work and think. In order to promote the new rural construction, its better to utilize the information technology in the county?s public services and build a network platform which involves in reports based on country area and information dissemination. Therefore, county economic network information distribution system emerges which could improve dramatically the efficiency and level of public services, and further enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the county economy.The information distribution system consists of foreground subsystem and background subsystem. In more detail, foreground subsystem mainly implement the browse of information, advertising, news, etc. It could also possess the features of information classification, information search, user registration and online submission. On the other hand, background subsystem mainly consist of the function modules of login, information classification, release management, audit management, information comment, contribution management, user management and link management, which are convenient for post-maintenance and management.The whole system is based on MVC design pattern of JavaEE architecture. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of information distribution system. The foreground subsystem employs DIV + CSS layout techniques to achieve the design intention. And background subsystem adopts Myeclispe integrated development platform, which combines SSH open source framework, Tomcat server and Mysql database. At each stage of requirements analysis, system design, coding and testing, system strictly follow the software development process.The test reports show that this system has the following characteristics: running smoothly, faster data processing, clearer system interface layout structure and easy to use. The system achieves the desired purpose that could timely response to user actions, release information and provide fast and accurate information to relevant users; which would improve the county economy and level of service, expand conveniently service areas.
