Meteorological Information Share Platform for Fujiang River Drainage Area(MISPFR) is a website-mannered meteorological operational system.It provides meteorologists in Fujiang River drainage area with meteorological data,weather forecast and meteorology-related information for them to browse and discuss.The platform has been the meteorological technique support and guidance in Fujiang River drainage area.Fujiang River drainage area,along the mountain,is located in the northwestern Sichuan Basin. Torrential rain,as a result of blocked southwest warm and wet airflow,often triggers flood,mudslide and landslide.The MISPFR was built with a view to incorporate resource,centralize the operational technique advantages,and enlarge work benefit as well as guard against natural disasters jointly. Beginning in the early 2007,the platform was finished in the middle 2007 and has been used in daily operation since then,along with continuously enriching and perfecting.The MISPFR contributed a lot to meteorological service in 2007 flood season,in earthquake relief work in 2008 as well as in restoring and rebuilding in disaster area.Radar Data Share Platform,one of the components of the MISPFR,is also one of the most important content in the task named "development and research on application system of new generation weather radar" which was awarded the third in Sichuan Province Science and Technology Advancement Prize.This thesis is aimed at expounding MISPFR,namely,the background meaning,practical needs, establishing basement,meteorological operation and service status,related computer technique,with the emphasis on system design and implementing process,including the website-constructing thought,software and hardware competence,website style,modality,content and function module, system function and character.The paper is of distinctive pertinence and practice.
