With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China,the scale of running colleges and universities is also growing,and the num ber of teachers is increasing.At present,most colleges and universities have established a teacher evaluation system suitable for their own colleges and universities.How to evaluate teachers in an objective and fair manner,so as to promote the improvem ent of teachers' teaching quality has always been a difficult problem for teaching managers.This paper proposes the use of fuzzy mathematics theory to quantitatively analyze the teacher evaluation index,mainly by using the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method and its effectiveness index to construct a teacher evaluation system,so that the obtained indicators are more objective and effective,reflecting the teacher's Teaching level,assist teaching management personnel to strengthen the management of teachers' teaching quality.This thesis first introduces the background of the topic selection of the thesis,and analyzes the status quo of teaching quality evaluation of teachers at home and abroad.On this basis,according to the actual situation of Guangzhou Foreign Economic Vocational and Technical College,it proposes solutions to the problems existing in the teacher evaluation system;Using the relevant theories and methods of fuzzy mathematics to construct the teacher evaluation system for teachers' teaching quality evaluation,design the teacher evaluation index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to the evaluation indicators,and use the fuzzy comprehensive decision method to obtain the final evaluation results;Using the ideas and methods of software engineering,the demand analysis of the teacher evaluation system was carried out,and the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system were obtained.The system was designed,and the system architecture,functional structure,database,etc.we re designed.Students,teachers and peers evaluate the teaching quality of teachers;finally,the software test method is used to test the function and performance of the system,and the function of the test system is used to meet the user's needs.The sys tem performance is tested by JMeter.good Can effectively improve the efficiency of teaching quality evaluation,reduce the intensity of the educational administrators.The experimental data shows that the fuzzy decision-making method with high credibility is introduced to evaluate teachers,which has high accuracy and strong operability,and overcomes the subjectivity of traditional evaluation methods.The system is currently operating in the Guangzhou Foreign Economic Vocational and Technical College,which can meet the needs of the college teachers' evaluation work and effectively improve the efficiency of evaluation work.
