With the scientific,society and technological development, in order to invincibleposition among the nations of the world, countries have accelerated the high-levelpersonnel training and reserve talents concept gradually from the past single type ofspecialized personnel to have higher overall quality of compound talents change. Theuniversity is the base for the growth of talent, to undertake the important task of thecontribution of talent for the motherland’s modernization. With the promotion of qualityeducation, college of undergraduate changed dramatically, no longer simply focus ontheir academic performance, but more inclined to cultivate their creative ability,practical ability and physical and mental qualities. In order to better guide collegeteaching work to improve the quality of university students to promote college studentsand the employer’s "two-way selection, timely interactive feedback, we need to proceedfrom the perspective of quality education to build a scientific and rational evaluationsystem.Accurate assessment of overall quality of students is a very complex problem, aserious problem faced by educators, related to the cause of education reform anddevelopment of college students. Now many college students’ comprehensive qualityevaluation system is not enough scientific, mainly in the evaluation content is notcomprehensive enough, and impartiality of the poor, and too formal aspects. Theevaluation involved more, not only qualitative factors and quantitative factors, in orderto get accurate and objective evaluation results need to create the comprehensivescientific evaluation of mathematical models, and combined with a variety of evaluationmethods to make the appropriate calculations. Objectives and features of UndergraduateStudents comprehensive evaluation in-depth study on the basis of existing researchresults, combined with a variety of comprehensive evaluation methods, and improvedlevel evaluation index system is built on the basis of the law, and to determine theweights of individual indicators, designed to achieve a reasonable overall quality ofstudents evaluation system. In accordance with the comprehensiveness, accuracy, feasibility, andpeople-oriented principle, build a set of students’ comprehensive quality evaluationsystem, eliminate the subjective judgment of the people on the evaluation to a certainextent, with good scientific rationality and operability, comprehensive qualityevaluation of college students as well as standardized management of student workprovides a good idea.
