Chengdu Education Bureau Administration System For The Application Of Project Fund

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, information technologies are being increasingly used in the education project funds management. Information construction provides advanced technology and management method to education project funds management, and makes the sharing of information resources possible. The development of Education Project Fund Management System(EPFMS) can greatly promote the education level and science and technology innovation. Information construction has become an important part of daily work of education bureaus. It plays an increasingly important role in science and technology innovation. This paper designed a distributed project funds management system based on. NET platform, It facilitates the management and monitoring of the project development process to enhance the education project fund management efficiency of Chengdu Education Bureau(CEB).The objective of this thesis is to overcome the weakness in existing Education project fund management of CEB. To achieve this objective, this paper introduces the application of basic information management system development methods and techniques to the design of EPFMS for CEB. The paper firstly studied and set the objective of the EPFMS, then determined the roles of key parts and data. The EPFMS consists of eight modules including contract control, raw data, company registration, project tracking, statistical inquiry, project acceptance, system tools and project reporting. In the analysis and design phase of the system, following tasks have been accomplished including system non-functional requirements, database design, system design and overall operational research. After that, the code has been written to allow the system operating, follows with the final system performance testing to ensure the system the successful operating.Basic steps in accordance with the system of software project development, this paper take the design of the graduation design process and design work has carried on the detailed introduction, contains the following topics: the thesis research background, the related technology of system research, requirements, design, system design, code implementation and software testing, etc. Including the demand for project funds control system analysis, system design and database design focuses on, etc.This system has many characteristics, such as security, openness, practicability and flexibility, and make CEB project funds management more efficient, scientific and standardized. Technology and method the system use can provide reference for the similar domestic application.
