Design And Realization Of Project Management Information System

Ltd, Shandong Freda Biological Engineering Co., LTD, Shandong Freda Medical Equipment Co., LTD and Qingdao Haidun Freda Biological Engineering Co., LTD, whose products involve in medicine, bulk pharmaceutical chemicals, medical equipment, disinfection health supplies and cosmetic. With the expansion of the group scale and the increasement of the management work of R&D projects, the construction of a Research& Development Project Management Platform becomes extremely urgent. The development idea of the information service platform for drug development, the main functions of the system, the advanced technology adopted and the process control management are discussed in detail and the method for system analysis, requirement analysis, system design and system implementation are also discussed.This article analysis and designs the six sub-systems of the information platform for project applying and management, with the lightweight rational unfied process (RUP) software development methods based on the characteristics of agile development, using unified modeling language (UML) as design language and J2EE platform for the technical framework. During the requirement analysis, modern software engineering analysis methods and multi-ways to inspire the demand models are adopted with the ideas of agile development. The most suitable way to obtain the demand for the system is proposed.The systems implements a series of functions including project plans management subsystem, project applying management subsystem, project funds management subsystem, project task management subsystem, project achievement management subsystem and the archives management subsystem. The construction of the "one-stop" information platform for technology plan applying and management online has been implemented and the technology plan projects online operations have been realized, after the system completion. In the enterprise internal tests, the system standardizes the Research& Development project management, strengthens the tracking of government technology projects, raises the fund utilization rate, and realizes the overall-process management, including technology plan applying, budget supervision, project acceptance and performance evaluation, etc. In conclusion, the system achieves the intended purpose.
