Design And Implementation Of The Informatization Project Approval System For A City

With the in-depth implementation of informatization strategy,the role of informatization in the national economy becomes more and more important.Smart City with informatization as its kernel is being constructed nationally at a growing speed.Yearly governments at various levels invest a large amount of money in informatization projects such as Smart Healthcare,Smart Traffic,Smart Government Affairs,and Online Approval.Compared to the management of basic construction projects,informatization project management is a new project,so it may face the difficulty such as vast project category,high frequently updates,and imperfect management approach.These problems are involved with lots of sections such as National Development and Reform Commission,Economic and Information Commission,bureau of finance.Traditional declaration management approach is inefficiency and non-transparent.It's necessary to research and formulate an efficient management method,and develop an informatization system based on information share in many sections toward the local government.Therefore it has certain practical meaning to propel management and the financial fund using efficiency.This dissertation tries to analyze the existing problems,gives suggestions on information technology.Based on construction theory and method of informatization system,it designs and realizes an informatization project management system.And it tries to solve the problem as the frequently updates of information product price and the unsymmetry of information.This dissertation states the research background and meaning,research current situation,existed problem and also introduces the related system technology.It gives detailed presentation including system requirement analysis,detailed introduction,realization and related functions.Under the visual studio 2015 develop enviroment,adopt the three-tierarchitecture,using C#,and SQL2008 database software for implementation.The system's initial design has been developed completely,and has passed the test.The function moudles are well tested,verifying the stababilty of the system and the achievement of the designing goal.An elementary version of this project has come into use.
