Based On The Net Environmental Project Management Information System Design And Realization

Informatization Techniques are increasingly used in the environmental protection administration with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology. Information construction which offers the advanced technology and management method to environmental management makes the sharing and management of information resources possible. Information construction has become an important part of the environmental protection department daily work. It plays an increasingly important role in the government.The purpose of this paper is application of information technology for manage-ring the special fund of Yunnan Environmental Protection Agency and is application of ASP. NET methods for designing and realizing the report on network of the special fund, it could be normalized the management process of environmental protection special fund and improved the efficiency of government functional departments and realized paperless office from all aspects.This paper aims at the problems of declaration Environmental special funds in Yunnan Environmental Protection Agency. Through finding questions in the process of the environmental protection special fund in reporting, auditing, approving and issuing, we expounded the necessary of development the green project management software. After using object-oriented design method to analyze these problems, we decided that Environmental Project Management Information System was based on .NET technology and B/S structures. The software was designed by the UML modeling language and the ROSE modeling tool. It began with the whole system business model and the realization of service logic. And then,in the paper, we explained the working processes and methods of system functional modules from a technical view. This software has been high-tested. At the end of paper, summarized the results and prospected the development.
