Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Institute Project Funds Management System

At present, China's scientific research institute is mainly responsible for a large amount of scientific research, with the information technology and the further development of national science and technology innovation system in depth, according to scientific research project management informatization has been rapid development, has put forward higher requirements for the Department of project funds management. The scientific research project funds management as an important part of the project funds, how to carry out effective management, improve financial management efficiency, reduce duplication of work, to achieve collaboration, data sharing, and to facilitate management and scientific research personnel, has become the common problems faced by scientific research institutes.This paper, based on the study of research Institute as research object, the system of scientific research project funds management of the actual application level, and analyzes the application and development of information management of domestic scientific research funds at present, the actual demand of scientific research institutes. Subsequently, this article from the system platform, system technology architecture and core functions of the design,and put forward a set of scientific research institutes in accordance with the project funding management system. This scheme based on the Client/Server technology architecture, using the 11 g Oracle database management system for data storage, and the use of C++ Visual coding and the overall implementation of the program. In addition, the project also started from the security aspects of the deployment and test run, to achieve the desired results. The author hopes that this project can help solve the practical problems faced in the management of scientific research institutes, and promote the improvement of the information management level of scientific research institutes in our country.
