With the development of the economy of our country, the scale of construction companies are also increasing, how to effectively conduct the customer management through the network platform has become an important factor to restrict the development of the construction enterprise. Customer relationship management system is a business intelligence management system which uses information technology to implement an effective enterprise customer management. It can effectively improve the efficiency of the staff in the construction company. By using the intelligent customer relationship management system, companies can effectively and timely process the opinions and feedbacks of customers and can communicate with customers at any time, thereby to improve the problem of communications uncoordinated between customers and the corporate.In this thesis, a B/S mode customer relationship management system is build by the combination of J2 EE MVC and SQL on the Windows system, which is used for a construction company. The system consists of five functional modules include the basic information management module, the system management module, the customer information management module, the customer service module, and the message management module. Three kinds of function interface are designed for the system administrator, the internal staff in a construction company and customers of a construction company. In order to ensure the system security, we use a user password encryption, user logon restrictions on the number, login verification code, anti SQL injection attacks, security logs, regular checking mechanisms.In this thesis, the scheme of a B/S structure customer relationship management system for the construction company of Fujian University of Technology is proposed based on a requirement and procedure analysis for the construction enterprise. The detailed design and implementation illustration for the construction company customer relationship management system are given include the design and development process, requirements analysis, functional design, code class design specifications, database design. Finally, we conduct a test to the proposed system. The solution proposed in this thesis is designed simple, practical, easy to set up the development environment, which owns the characteristic of expandability, low coupling is suitable for the rapid development of a construction company customer relationship management system.
