Along with the market competition becomes fierce, more and more enterprises have no choice but to change original management strategy from product-oriented to customer-oriented and provide customs with one-to-one service. Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is such a solution, which emphasizes that customer is the core of its focus and different customers should be provided with different services. CRM also underlines that the enterprise wins customer's loyalty and enhances its competition capability through providing customized service to them. We construct a J2EE-based CRM system after considering an enterprise's concrete conditions and needs for CRM system in Guangdong province. This dissertation discusses the design and development of CRM system based on J2EE architecture. The CRM system is divided into six parts: login control, system management, customer service, sales automation, data analysis and base information. The system's architecture adopts n-Tiers J2EE architecture and has four tiers: data, business logic, presentation logic and Web client. The system adopts Windows2000 Advanced Server, Bea Weblogic6.1 as it's application server, and Oracle8.16 as it's DBMS. JSP has been used to represent presentation logic, which can be executed in server and generate web page dynamically. Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), a technology that uses SQL to communicate with a data source, through JDBC drivers interprets the SQL and translates it for use with a particular database format. The system adopts Enterprise JavaBean(EJB) to host business logic, and manipulates all kinds of databases through EJB component. It also discusses the technologies in the multilevel security. The dissertation introduces the system from the following aspects: the design target and strategy, the technology project of development, the design and implement, the key technologies.
