With the improvement of living standard and more attention on the safety of food, people put a value on cold chain. An effective cold chain warehouse system can not only help company store food and reduce costs, but also promote the rapid development of the whole chain system.This paper using zhongshan food traceability project as background designed a intelligent cold chain warehouse system based on RFID and WSN technology. Using data mining technology as decision support plate which include inventory storage and storage path optimization. The main work is as follows:Firstly, according to the actual needs of the project and the existing problems of cold chain warehouse systems, we design the entire workflow, and design functional requirements and performance requirements of the system based on analysis of the Use Case diagram. according to the system requirements analysis, design the hardware architecture and software architecture.Secondly, according to the system requirements analysis and the needs of the project, analysis and design the database system and important modules, expecially the access layer interface functions which are used for interacting with the database. Then ananlysis the the data mining which used for inventory dicision. Deployment of RFWSN node and data mining on inventory storage and storage path optimization. Then design the database of cold chain system.Thirdly, according to the design and analysis of cold chain warehouse system, complete the system implementation. Introduce the implementation and algorithm flow of the most important modules in detail. Then describe the way for implementation of database system including how complete the database platform and how struct the database by using SqlServer 2008 and the database interaction tools.Finally, according to the actual situation of the project, design the programmer of the system and set up a suitable environment. Test and analysis the hardware and software of the system in the round. The whole test includes the way for building test system and test for important modules and the analysis of test. According the framework of test, introduce the hardware environment and the software environment which are necessary for test. Modules test is to test the function and performance of hardware. System test is to check for the interface is friendly and the function is correct and so on.This design of cold chain warehouse management system not only has practical value, but also can be extended to other manufacturing industries, such as toys and clothing and other manufacture fields. It was worth of generalizing.
