With the continuous development of science and technology, computer technology and network technology have made rapid development as well. Currently, both enterprises and banks, as well as organs and units in the community are conducting the construction of information technology. Only having the talent, which is a kind of very important resource, can companies get rapid development. Human resource management plays a very important role in the enterprise. Only when both business interests and talents have been developed, are companies able to develop itself.From the reality of Harbin Branch of Industrial Bank, this article gives a detailed account of the design and implement of bank’s human resources management system. Firstly, the essay gives a thorough adscription of the background both aboard and at home, mentioning the whole structure. Following the above is a systematic study on relative techniques and introductions, including NET and C # language. The system architecture is implemented by using B / S development framework while database uses SQL Server. Thirdly, with diagram and organization charts, the article analyzes the system’s feasibility, functional and non-functional requirements.The core of this thesis lies in the design and implementation of human resource management systems. In this article, it consists of six modules, including personnel management, payroll management, attendance management, rights management, call management and system management. While designing the system, the paper shows the timing diagram of the system. Then it designs the system’s database, giving ER diagram and parts of the data table. The following section introduces the implementation of the system, providing some interface, flowcharts and implementation code. Finally, it turns to the testing of the realized system. The system’s testing concepts and methods come next, following which is the test aiming at the important modules. All theses tests prove that the system can meet the needs of the bank ’s human resources management.This realized human resource management system can improve the efficiency of resource management staff in the bank. However, because of my limits in some aspects, there are still many shortcomings in the system, which I will try my best to improve in future.
