With the development of human resources information management in colleges and universities,it is urgent to establish a suitable human resource management system.At the same time with the development of digital campus construction and human resources management functions of the deepening of the reform of human resources management system requirements are getting higher and higher.Based on the needs of human resources management in the Xian Technological University North Institute Of Information Engineering(North Institute of Information Engineering for short)Based on the current work mode and management authority of the Northern Institute of Information Engineering,this paper integrates and optimizes the traditional personnel management methods of Beixin University The Human Resource Management Model of Northern Institute of Information Engineering.To improve the reliability and effectiveness of the decision-making,to improve the level of human resources management,to ensure that the human resources management system can provide users with comprehensive data and accurate analysis,while taking full account of software system operation interaction and Simplicity,to better serve the development of the Northern Institute of Information Engineering.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the existing problems of the human resources management system in colleges and universities,and use the computer language to carry on the modeling,put forward the human resources management system design principle,elaborated the system business demand and the user demand in detail.(2)The design of the human resources management system of the North Institute of Information Engineering,including the development of technology and management technology,the use of system architecture security design principles,balanced data block server management metadata,access and load balancing program.(3)The human resources management system of the North Institute of Information Engineering is constructed,and the system function module,the database structure and the interface design are systematically expounded,and the key technology of the human resources management system of Beixin University is given.? design and implementation of the North Information Engineering Institute of human resources management system for analysis and testing,system and database data consistency,service performance,to meet the design requirements.
