With the development of the Internet, the management model of enterprise through network has been an inevitable trend, which cam e into human resources management system, meantime it is an integral part of the enterprise, and it is also plays a pivotal role in the construction industry. Traditional management methods which is inefficient, poor security, and update infor mation slowly, find infor mation and m aintain information difficultly. With the development of computer technology, more and more people play close attention that is hum an resource management which use inform ation technology. The use of computer technology, making the management of hum an resources has become convenient, accurate and ef ficient. And the system is an im portant to support the competitiveness of enterprises which is business an d scientific management, standardization, and improve human resources. how design and implement the human resource management system which is design and im plement has becom e the m ain research question of this thesis.To solve th ese problems,we research the need of HR departm ent which is one department of the construction business depthy before the design and im plementation of the system,com bined with m odern human resource m anagement theory, at last developed a set of hum an resource m anagement systems. This pa per describes the whole process of the company ’ s human resources management system development, and in accordance with the idea of software engineering, problem definition, feasibility studies, requirem ents analysis, system design, detailed design specification and integration testing conducted exhaustive research and elaboration.When we analyze the system needs, we obtain the user functional requirements and non- functional requirements at beginning, drawing the use cas e diagram of the system and designing database of the system. Before we comply the system, we must design the flowchart con trary to the d ifferent models, then coding which is com ply the functions. The system is designed and im plemented features in clude: organizational management, customer information management, records m anagement, performance management, payroll m anagement and em ployee management. Finally, the testings which are the f unctions testing and the stress testing prove that the sys tem is efficient and stable.Design and im plement the purpose of the system is to f acilitate the management of the human resources department, and improve their work efficiency.
