The Study On China Academic Information Resources Joint Building And Sharing

Digital information resources and networked information delivery call for information resources joint building and sharing,and they also provide joint building and sharing with advantages.The major information resources are held in libraries.Academic libraries held the most abounding information resources in China.And it is vitally important for academic libraries to advance the joint building and sharing of information resources at first.The advantages are to provide teachers and students with better information services,to enhance information guarantee capacity of academic teaching and scientific research,and to propel the advanced education informationization.This paper is divided into four parts which respectively discusses some basic theory problems and practice problems in detail.The first part marly outlines the development course of China academic information resources joint building and sharing .The second part analyzes the advantages from good campus network environments, teachers and students' information demands,the importance of academic libraries,and the opportunity of advanced education development in China.The third part analyzes the current situation from the library networks,documents acquisrtion,interlibrary loan,the digital development of library holdings,and the development of virtual storages. The fourth part is the main parts of this paper,and it points out the main prombles and counter-measures from five aspects,including propelling standardization in China academic information resources joint building and sharing,establishing perfect mechanism of joint building and sharing,advancing the development of academic characteristic information resources, propelling guiding system of academic information,and raising the documents and information delivery efficiency.
