The Research And Implementation Of Integrated Management System Of Intelligent Building

With the development of life level, demand on the living environment is becoming higher and higher. And the intelligent building prospers. Integration management system which is the core of the intelligent building.is confronting many problems among which information share is absolutely important. At present, it is common that subsystems are so isolated to each other in the integrated management system.that it is impossible to share information among subsystems where advantage and aim of intelligent building lie.The target of intelligent building is monitoring and controlling the intelligent system, linkage control and information sharing into which the development of Internet has been integrated. This subject has been down according to the aim. The thesis is to design an IBMS under the B/S structure to implement more practical integrated management of the intelligent management.The thesis puts forward the effective method of information sharing in the integration management of intelligent building: building the database of integration management through which linkage control can be implemented. Based on the method mentioned above, the subject designs and develops IB-MCS to manage the intelligent efficiently and comprehensively in order to build a comfortable, safe, efficient and convenient housing environment for users. The main contents of the thesis follows as:Firstly, the thesis finishes the general design including network structure, system structure. The software design of the whole system can be divided into three parts such as interface program group under C/S structure called IB-MCSUpdate, central database and network application with multi-level structure under B/S IB-MCSD Manager. Integrated program group and central database is to build a integrated database platform.Secondly, the thesis builds a database platform for the integrated management system of the intelligent building. The thesis analyses the integration requirements of the subsystems of the integrated system and uses the several universal integrated interface technologies at present to solve the data collection. In addition, it describes the planning and optimization of the database to control the subsystem linkingly.Finally, the thesis shows how to implement the network application called IB-MCSDManager with the case of intelligent building integrated management for Shouguang business district. The whole network application is divided into several parts including interface layer, business layer, data access layer and data layer. The integrated management system IB-MCS developed in the subject has been applied in the project. Practices has proved that the system has complished the information sharing of intelligent building and the effectively comprehensive management which is meaningful to the future development and engineering application of integrated management of intelligent building.
