Employee performance management is an important component of human resource management and has an important impact in the management of the company’s overall quality and efficiency. Scientific and efficient management of employee performance can improve internal employee motivation, creating greater economic benefits for the enterprise, to promote healthy competition within the company.With the development of information technology, the current manual or semi-manual management methods have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of modern enterprises, so how to use information technology tools to computer software technology, network communication technology enterprise employee performance management of information technology and digitization is one of the important process of enterprise information challenges facing our country.In this thesis, the human resource management of Xinjiang Chemical Industry School is studied, and using the theory and methodology of software engineering in the analysis of the entire development process of the system, Including system requirements analysis, design, core function module design and implementation of function, functional testing and so on. The technical framework of the system if PHP, MySQL and Apache framework, the overall architecture of the system uses B / S architecture, the operating environment for the company’s internal LAN.Firstly, the basis of relevant theories related to the system implementation process is analysis and researched, Including the B/S architecture, C/S architecture, PHP + MySQL + Apache development technology, Javascript client dynamic page development technology. Secondly, from the point of functional requirements, the demand for both non-functional requirements of the system analysis are introduced in this thesis, and on this basis of above, a summary of the detailed design of the system is introduced, including design principles, the overall system architecture design, functional framework design and database design, etc. Finally, based on the core functionality of the system described above, the design and implementation process module of the system are introduced in detail, including the aspects of user login, organizational structure management, job information management, performance appraisal rules, objects, evaluation management, statistical analysis and performance evaluation results, etc. And the functional testing and performance testing results of the analysis of the system is also described in this thesis.
