Electric power enterprises belong to the lifeline of a country's national economic development,and have a clear mainstay effect,which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood of a country.The domestic social economy has developed steadily and rapidly in recent years.The market-oriented reform of the power industry and the institutional reform of such enterprises have continued to enter the deep-water zone.This has effectively promoted the new,rapid and substantial development of China's power companies entering opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the performance management information construction work has been carried out in full swing with the construction of the “three episodes,five major two centers” system and the promotion of all staff performance work.Study the power enterprise performance management system,take the business demand as the guide,realize the information processing of the whole staff performance management business,and build a set of standardized,comprehensive,practical and flexible enterprise-level performance evaluation management platform.The company headquarters can realize the standardization of performance business through the system and strengthen the unified management and control of the performance management of each subsidiary.Provide system support for company performance appraisal management and provide information support for leadership decision-making.Based on the above background This paper mainly studies the industry performance management system suitable for power enterprises,and realizes the system support for power enterprise performance management.Specific research content includes:First of all,Performance Management Model and Model Design of Electric Power Enterprises.By analyzing the status of performance management theory and the status quo of power enterprise performance management,this paper analyzes the development requirements of power enterprise performance management system and completes the performance management model design based on the performance management of employee system.And complete the function design of performance management system based on this model.It mainly includes: indicator system management,performance operation management,and application of results.Secondly,System flow design and implementation.Performance management process design based on performance analysis system requirements analysis results Including standard specifications,point records,assessment operations,applications,evaluation,query statistics and other key links.At the same time,through SG-UAP as a system development and operation support platform,oracle as a database development platform,complete performance management system database design and B / S architecture system developmentThirdly,System deployment and testing.After the system design and development is completed,the system deployment work is completed,and the system is implemented with functional and non-functional tests after the deployment is completed.
