The rapid development of computer network technology, information technology has gradually penetrated into all the pages, and more and more companies are implementing informatization construction change, from the traditional manual management to information management, and with the gradually development of informatization construction and perfect the enterprise’s informatization management mode has already become the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise informatization is not only can enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, and can also help enterprises to improve the integration and control of the cost, so very good promoted in all aspects of the enterprise benefit. Purchasing mode in the event of a revolutionary change, also purchasing information management has become the trend of the development of the enterprise procurement, procurement costs and operational efficiency into consideration, a lot of companies will also merge in purchasing parts suppliers, in this paper, the development of car purchasing system is also incorporated into the supply chain procurement module, the development of supply chain coordination of procurement management information system.This paper first summarizes the research status at home and abroad for the procurement system, the purpose and significance of developing this system is described, and the main content of this study. Again to purchase management and supply chain management theory are introduced, at the same time to the current problems existing in the automotive supply chain collaborative process are analyzed in detail. For the development tools of this system are introduced respectively, such as c#,.net Framework, such as ADO.NET, database access technology to illustrate the analysis.For system development, this article first has carried on the demand analysis to system, understanding the needs of users, and the function of the system database are analyzed in detail. Reuse requirements analysis results to the design of system in detail,such as system architecture, development mode, database detailed design, functional design and detailed design. In this paper, supply chain collaborative procurement system USES a three-tier architecture development mode, behaved, logic operational layer,database storage layer, USES the current popular B/S(browser/server) architecture,using the framework developer divide way to develop the system.Finally the system implementation and system test. The realization of the system is based on the design of the system for the realization of the development system, such as system home page, the changes of the basic information of the login interface, the user password and etc. System through all aspects of the test, get system has the function of all aspects of the basic meet the requirements, can achieve very good coordination with procurement of supply chain.
