The integration and globalization in the world economy makes the cooperation between enterprises so close. In order to adapt to the social development and high demand, enterprises need an information system to manage the business. In order to develop, Shanghai Wei Li Company need to develop an useful, suitable, reliable and cost effective supply chain management system for enterprises to strengthen the offer management, procurement management, material inventory management and contract management, to solve production management confusing issue.The paper makes an investigation into purchasing department, sales department and customer services department of Shanghai Wei Li Company. After that, it analyzes and resolves the problems in the process of production and management. The system is designed to solve key issues, the corresponding function module design and perform required system function tests.The system uses.NET platform, combined with Microsoft SQL Server databases, making use of object-oriented MVC design pattern to do a research. The system through comprehensive testing, validation, this Shanghai Wei-li procurement and supply chain management system in line with the needs of the research required business functions, system performance and other quality standards. Meanwhile, the system provides cost analysis reports, contract enforcement tracking and other functions, which make the system powerful tools for the staff. It also provides reliable, accurate, real-time data information for enterprise management, business management, and decision analysis. Also it provides a supply chain management system reference for other proxy trading companies.
