Design And Implementation Of Wireless Video Monitoring System Based On Electric Power Industry

The human resource(HR) management work in bank is heavy.The various business processes arecomplex and lots of files should be arranged. The existing HR management information system based on database management software such as access lacks many useful function to helpwith the works. And the system is for a few managers so it’s hard to share the information with all the employees.To improve the bank HR management, aninformation system for bank HR management was built.The main business process chart was draw based on actual research in the bank HR department. The functional requirement and non-functional requirement analysis was done throughthe abstract of real business and communication with the HR department staff. According to the requirement analysis, UML and RUP(Rational Unified Process) was used to design the function model of the system. E-R chart was drawto analyze the relationship betweenthe entities and the database design was done.According to the system design and the database design, the HR managementinformation system based on B/S framework PHP Language and MySql database technology was implemented.The complete system testing was done. The test results and trial operation effect showed that this systemreached the target of the requirement analysis.This information systemapplied the main currenttechnology such as B/S framework, object-orientedprogramming and webtechnology.The flexibility, security and data consistency of the system was ensured. The user interface was friendly and the system response speed was fast. This system was built for not only the HR manager or minority leader, but also all the employees and the website visitors.The user can view and manage different HR information according to theirsystem permissions. The information sharing requirements of the employees will be satisfied and information transmission will be very effective. The HR management works will be more convenient and specific with the help of this HR management information system.
