With the sustained and rapid development of china economy and rising of the people living standard, the public problem gets more attention on food security. Both the enterprise respect to food and government would like to establish a feasible and effective quality supervision system. At present, many countries do a lot of work on the aspect of product traceability, and will establish a product traceability system as an effective means of product quality supervision. The government invests a lot on the construction for Internet of things application system, but do not go well; in order to forming a system of product tracking network, how to apply the tracing technology based on Internet of things. Whether the traceability product itself can digest the traceability system construction cost increase, or traceability system construction can increase their added value to the products, which cause us reflecting on these problems. This thesis analyses beef tracing system, investigates the market demand, use Internet technology, network technology, computer technology, bar code technology, radio frequency identification technology.The system gathers the information which includes beef breeding, slaughtering, processing, packaging, storage, transportation,and establishing a set of information tracking system.Main task in this thesis is to build beef products information management system,used by government and consumers for checking product quality and safety traceability information. Provide add, delete, update, search function according to the environment activity quality control, so as to satisfy the needs of enterprise daily management; Traceability system define the individuals with the global unified specification under the premise of a unified coding, the system can realize the creating of the barcode, Barcode printing,decoding,and information traceability.Finally combined with coding, generating a unique barcode number traced,. Eventually establish a beef product traceability system.
