Analysis And Design Of Dairy Food Safety Traceability Platform Based On Internet Of Things

Product safety is not only related to people’s health and safety, but also related to economic development and social stability. CPC Central Committee and State Council have always put protection of people’s health and safety in the first and also attach great importance to food safety control. The quality control of dairy involves several aspects, including quality control of raw milk in farms, transportation, production process control of dairy plant, product quality control and stock control of channels and up to the end-users. It is necessary to supervise and control every processes to ensure the product quality and safety and to have safety milk.This article is focus on the dairy industry, it researched and designed a platform that enable to trace the dairy safety information based on the internet of things. First of all, the article stated the concept and technology of the internet of things and HACCP standard, as to lay a foundation to the relationship between them. Base on that, the article proposed a new platform for dairy safety information and introduced its business model, solutions and requirements for both software and hardware. Moreover, the article pointed out the key technology, designed the overall architecture, the technical route, function modules, database structure, entity-relationship design, and finally to show a part of achieving results.This article applied the integrated application of the internet of things in the dairy industry. Due to the rapid development of the internet of things of nowadays, this technology would be able to provide the detailed and accurate information for food traceability on a real time basis for both government regulators and individual consumers. It plays a positive and important role to ensure the food safety. This project provided a strong technical support in aspects of information gathering, processing and feedback for food production and distribution and so on. It applied a sensor and IT technology, promoted the role of research, development and manufacturing of sensors and RFID related industries. It also promoted the risk prediction methods for food safety, network equipment manufacturing, implementation and development of computer software and system integration technology. If we can accelerate the development of the internet of things, it will bring radical changes for base industries, which continue to deepen the industrial structure adjustment, and gradually fulfill the government’s commitment to the people’s livelihood and maintain social and economic health and sustainable development of good posture.
