With the development of the industry of scale, agricultural and food processing industry of scale are developing rapidly,but lots of problems appear, agricultural products and processed food safety accidents are frequent especially,that makes people do not believe in the chinese food.To solve the problem of the quality and security issue,take the the vegetables planting and circulation for example, to build a set of standardized and intelligent safety traceability system of agricultural products which is conformed to the needs of society is urgent. However, whih the rapid development of internet technology and its application in the traceability system,which makes the realization of the traceability system of the vegetables.The theoretical knowledge of IOT (Internet of Things) and vegetables traceability system are overviewed. Then the RFID and EPC encoding technology being used in vegetables traceability process are researched. In addition to manage traceability information more effectively, a simple model of vegetables traceability information is proposed. In order to solve some problems in the process of user operating the application system, a finite state machine model is raised by means of FSM. This thesis develops and tests a traceability platform with the database MySQL and the programming language of Java under the development platform of MyEclipse8.0.System includes data acquisition subsystem for vegetable producer and marketing and Vegetable traceability query subsystem for consumers. The system also designs the unified authentication module, Program interface module and data to support module,which ensures the safety of the system and efficiency of the development of the system,and makes the system have a higher extensibility.To understand the planting, processing, storage and sales of the detailed process and risk status and to develop the industry standards of vegetable quality traceability and the strategy of food safety management of the vegetable through the vegetable quality traceability system.
