Study And Design On Food Safety Traceability System Of Carya Cathayensis

Carya cathayensis, also called chinese walnut,is a kind of deciduous tree, it is mainly produced in Tianmu Mountains area,which is located on the border between Zhejiang and Anhui province. Carya cathayensis has unique flavor and high nutrition,so it is highly favored by consumers.However,there is much spotty quality carya cathayensis on the market, but no effective way to get detailed source, people buy products only by sensory organs. So it is quite necessary to construct the carya cathayensis food traceability system.The study based on extensive research, be familiar with the process and analysis it,detailed record and extracted each parts related key message of the whole supply chain, pointed out the critical control point of carya cathayensis food safety,including material (carya cathayensis),accessory material (adjuvant&additive), package, processing, product information and manufacturers information. Meanwhile design the code of production and circulation detailedly.Based on the above research,this dissertation aiming at the quality safety of carya cathayensis, using two-dimension code,C#language, and SQL server database, created and realized carya cathayensis traceability system from two aspect,one is manufacturers inner management, the other is consumers’query,to fulfill the products’traceability.
