With the increasing level of economic development,people's dietary structure has changed,and the demand for dairy products has increased sharply.In addition,due to the frequent quality and safety problems of milk powder such as illegal use of additives,excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues,microbial pollution and fake sales in China,people are highly dependent on imported milk powder.As a popular shopping method in today's society,online shopping is welcomed by consumers because of its convenience and low price compared with physical stores.In recent years,for the online purchase of imported milk powder involving cross-border supply chain,there have been many problems,such as the frequent occurrence of a large number of domestic milk powder posing as "foreign brand" milk powder,the illegal merchants selling fake goods for profit and the difficulty in locating the source of quality and safety problems.The quality and safety of milk powder can not be guaranteed.The establishment of relevant traceability system is a very effective solution to ensure the quality and safety of milk powder to a certain extent.However,the traditional traceability still has the defects that the data is easy to be tampered with and the centralization process is too high,which can not ensure the security of the data.The key technologies of blockchain technology,such as distributed storage,decentralized accounting,asymmetric encryption algorithm and consensus mechanism,endow the blockchain with decentralized and tamper proof characteristics,which can effectively solve these problems and ensure the authenticity of traceability data.
