Design Of A Cyber Vehicle System Of Food Safety Detection Based On The Internet Of Things

With the improvement of people’s living standards, the quality and safety of food is getting more and more attention. People’s mindset about eating has shifted from getting full to eating well and safe. The situation of food safety in China is still grim and food safety issues occur frequently, so finding ways to solve food safety problems quickly and effectively has been a major issue in China recently. Meanwhile, food safety testing vehicles has tremendous advantages in routine testing and emergency testing for food production enterprises. Establishing sound and perfect system of food safety testing vehicle would play an important part in solving China’s food safety problems.In this paper, a vehicle system of food safety detection based on the Internet of Things (IOT) is designed with the help of radio frequency identification, software, communication, and database techniques.The innovations of this paper can be summarized as follows:1. A cyber vehicle system of food safety detection is designed based on the IOT. Due to IOT technique, vehicle’s intelligence and emergency testing capability is greatly enhanced. Management and maintenance of in-vehicle equipment and facilities could be conducted more easily.2. A sample testing mode is developed based on the GB guide. It makes the sample testing more convenient, process, and standard.
