But in recent years, there seemed to be some inferior foodsoled in market. It brings damage to people’s health more or less and doesharm to the interests of consumers which results in a very bad effect to makepeople do not trust the safety of domestic food quality and refused topurchase any. Although the current situation is quite optimistic, but toestablish a safety monitoring procedures for food quality and safetybacktracking mechanism is desperately needed. Domestic research in thisfield is in its infancy while in foreign countries there has been quite maturefood quality and safety backtracking mechanism. So it is imperative to build aseries of research on the Food quality traceability area as soon as possible toreduce further harm that may arise in the future and to ensure the mostfundamental interests of the nationals.This project builds a demonstration platform of food quality control andtrace with the technology of the Internet of Things aiming at the poormanagement of food quality and retrospective difficulties. It uses computing,network communication, precise control, remote collaboration and autonomyto achieve the automatic monitoring of food quality on the full life cycle of foodproduction, transportation and delivery.The realization of the platform uses J2EE, B/S structure, JSP and manyother technologies to achieve logging data, management and inquiry. Thetracing procedure using central retrospective mode that all the data node isunified managed by the central database. Managers access to server throughweb and customer can search the quality information by visiting the website.In the process of development, we use Java and SSH(Struts,Spring, Hibernate)to realize the IOT web side and use Oracle11g as the database.The data-collect remote takes the responsibility of RFID and informationmanagement by the assist of the B/S client-side. The server is also developedby Java and uses WebService to achieve the system’s external interface withwired data transmission.In this paper, a principle based food regulatory and trace platform basedon SSH framework implemented key technologies SSH framework andimplementation, as well as the way and focus on practical application of thethree techniques combined with process handling, and through the problemsfound in the practical application of the process given solution andoptimization of the treatment program.By implementing a platform of food quality control and trace,the paperintroduces the main theory and implement methods of the SSH structure anddescribes the key solution while dealing with the combination of these threetechnologies. It also gives out a solution and optimization program accordingto the practical problem.
