As the rapid developments of modern information technology and computer science, people’s lives get more and more convenient. Those technologies are also widely used and play an important role in education filed. Now, For example, this is an actual requirement that the comprehensive quality evaluation for primary and secondary students based on the modern computer technology and information system. Such method could evaluation student in time with multiple information, and will promote the quality oriented education.This thesis analyzed actual requirement of school at first. Then, based on the requirements, it gave out the software designs. Finally, the comprehensive quality evaluation system for schoolchildren was implemented. The main work of this thesis are discussed as follows:(1) System construction background analysis and demand analysis. Based on the information theory, data system and data management, this thesis analyzed the secondary status of comprehensive quality evaluation studies, and pointed out the deficiencies in the traditional evaluation model to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency aspects. Finally, analyzed the requirements for a complete quality evaluation system.(2) System design. Based on the fully understanding of the needs of the high school students comprehensive quality assessment and management system, the system framework was figure out with B/S architecture. And database subsystem also was designed out.(3) The detailed design and implementation of the system. The system was implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database platform. The detailed design of each module, the major function of the system architecture and modules are given in this thesis.As the Development and application of this quality assessment and management system, the work intensity acknowledge staff was reduced and he management level and quality assessment capacity are improved. This work has important theoretical and practical significance For Middle School Students comprehensive quality evaluation.
