Nowadays, professional quality has been an element of every citizen, which arise increasing attentions. Especially in China, with high-pace development of economy and more and more fierce employment competition, the market needs more students with better professional qualities, professional skills, and potential development so the training of professional qualities has been a key component to secondary vocational education. Secondary school education is facing the whole society, focusing on the cultivation of students' professional skills, professional morality and employment undertaking abilities. How to make cultivating the students' computer professional technology and enhance their professional quality simultaneous, strength their employment competition ability and make a pavement for their future career is now the secondary schools'earnest issue.Therefore, this paper exposed some contradictions and made a preliminary research and also stated connotation of professional quality education and its important role, so as to encourage students to live enthusiastically, study affectionately, to be devoted to their occupation, to be honest and innovative as well as to make them develop a fine habit. In vocational accomplishment education process, raising the goal and request to construct a professional environment including the society, the school, the teacher and the family will be more beneficial for real implement and collection actual effect. This paper proposes professional quality education in secondary schools in the process of education, professional quality goal request raised to the society, the family, the school, the teacher professional environment construction height, focusing on duty school computer professional teaching in vocational accomplishment education project teaching, and tried to establish vocational accomplishment education evaluation questionnaire, by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of secondary schools vocational accomplishment was quantized, in order to promote teaching reform to improve vocational school of computer majors in professional quality level to provide theoretical reference.
