In the 21 st century,the relationship between media and people is becoming more and more closely.When most people haven't started using WeiBo,People's daily lives have been occupied by We-Chat.With the development of era,the speed of technology updating,to improve the nation's media literacy is becoming more and more urgent.Middle school students are the future citizens of Chinese society and laborer,also the main drivers of social progress.The media content the middle school students contact and choose and their media literacy's level,which is related to the development of the country and the future of the nation.And compared with other groups,rural middle school students of this vast group deserve more attention.The article is based on the empirical investigation and data analysis,which is the main research method.And to conduct an questionnaire survey in the Dao-county of Hunan province,including four hundred rural middle school students,and through to the part of students,parents and teacher interviews,to have a brief view of southern Hunan area media literacy status of rural middle school students,analysis the lack of rural middle school students' media literacy and promoted countermeasure is discussed in this paper.Synthesis and analysis of questionnaire results and interviews to be learned,Dao-county rural middle school students' media literacy as a whole is low,mobile phone has become a rural middle school students' favorite,they use behavior of media contact to entertainment,the traditional media such as newspapers,magazines,contact less;In addition,the medium of cognitive deficiencies,resisting temptation is weak,easily addicted to online game cannot extricate oneself;Media rely on serious but media evaluation,participation ability is not strong,this is due to the lack of judgment,adolescents are susceptible to interference,and most rural middle school students from families,their parents "absence" in the process of the growth of children;School of media literacy education,on the other hand,incomplete software and hardware facilities,Internet cafe near your school "flood" and relevant government departments to strong regulatory and other issues are also more prominent.Rural middle school students only have good media literacy can easily cope with the unprecedented complex information environment,and that without a good family atmosphere and the formation of the new teaching concept,also need to attach importance to and actively participate in the society as a whole system,by changing education concept,strengthening self-development intrinsic quality and purify the network transmission environment and other aspects together before implementation.
