The research of this paper is focused on the important applications of information technology and their great practical value in the construction of a digital school. With the reform of our education system, the student assessment mechanism in high school is also changing gradually, where the diversified and comprehensive competence assessment methods are developed from traditional scoring assessment. From the point of school digitalization construction, the following research tasks are performed with diversified competence assessment of students at the core. Firstly, the method of constructing a student assessment system is proposed. Then the practical value of applying data mining in promoting the development of digital school is investigated. The proposed diversified competence assessment system serves as the bridge between qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis, which makes mathematical representations for evaluation content and also produce clear images for digital expressions.Based on the digital evaluation data, the introduction of data mining to explore has a very profound meaning, which is to enhance the digital school application research; this project hope that the use of data mining on the evaluation of the data in depth analysis, making the education The process of evaluation of the students can become more integrated, more scientific.This study has achieved digital assessment tools, but because of time and actual work to promote other reasons, the data accumulation process seems to be slow, so the results reflect, the majority still remain in the design of large-scale data analysis have not yet reflected.
