Inventory management is very important in the daily management of enterprise. through the use of business processing outsourcing inventory management system can improve the ability to respond to market changes, and provide information support for the corporate management and corporate decision-making, thus achieving improved levels of corporate management and optimization of business operations model.Thesis is based on China Zhenhua Electongnics Group Obee Communications Ltd, and use software engineering and object-oriented analysis and design methods, completes subcontract Invoicing enterprise management system requirements analysis, system general design, detailed design, system implementation and system testing. In the requirements analysis phase, gives the system design goals, the system’s primary role is divided into general staff, financial administrators, system administrators, merchandisers, sales staff, warehouse manager, subcontract administrator, and gives role relationships. In functional requirements of the system modules, the main function of the system is divided into systems management, procurement management, outsourcing processing management, inventory management, sales management, general ledger management six major functional modules from a software engineering perspective, and gives use cases diagram and use case specification of the main function modules, and finally gives the system’s non-functional requirements. In the system general design phase, gives the overall system design, system database design, the main features of the system are given architecture design and gives the system function chart, the conceptual structure of the database design and database logic structure design is described. In the system detailed design, gives the system service flow chart and the design of function module of the system, uses UML activity diagram to give system operation flow chart, and gives UML class diagram, sequence diagram and Process flow diagram of six function modules. In the implementation, gives the database connection method, and gives interface design and key code of the system. In the system testing phase, mainly gives the system test environment, system function test, system performance test. The end of the paper is a summary and an outlook.After the completion of the system development, through installation and commissioning, the system is running well, and receives the support and praise from users.
